Big things have been afoot at the Circle K, my friends. Or at the IGDA, anyway.

The big news is that we had an election for the chairmanship! The SIG has spoken! Accordingly, I'd like you all to welcome the magnificent Brooke Thompson, who is my successor as the IGDA ARG SIG chairman. Brooke is a transmedia designer with a long track record of high-profile work in the field, and even better, of diligent and selfless volunteer service. I'm sure she's going to do an excellent job.

Thanks for stepping up, Brooke! Let's all give her a round of applause and some moral support, shall we?
