The Shadow War

In case you haven't already heard, my pals at Six to Start have announced a new project. Shadow Wars is an ARG intertwined with the Young Bond series of books. It's aimed at kids 9 and up.

I'm fascinated by the age group targeted here, and looking forward to seeing how the game plays out with that in mind. I suspect this is going to be a fairly low-time-commitment, easy-challenge sort of game compared to other ARGs, for starters; it'll be interesting to see how that age demographic informs the design aesthetic in other ways, too.

And hey, as marketing ARGs go, there aren't many properties cooler to play with than James Bond. I'm really looking forward to seeing this one launch.
