I just heard that CBS has announced a partnership with Eqal Studios, who are the folks behind Lonelygirl15.

Huh. Good for them.

I wonder if this means anything for the ARG genre or not? It's not epochal change, but it is, at least, change.

Yeah, I saw something about this in USA Today recently - it was part of a bigger article on how more and more mainstream media companies are looking Webwards for talent and such.

Didn't get a chance to read the whole article, but they did have screencaps from one of the LG15 videos.
